Superb apartment just restored and just furnished (winter 2017/2018). The whole building as been restored so everything is very fresh included the just built elevator.

The apartment lies on the third top floor and offer space, a wonderful light and a very nice balcony. About 80 square meters, in total with a very good layout. You have a large entrance hall, sitting room with a sofa and two armchairs, television. The fully equipped kitchen is separate from the living room only by a huge glass door so the setting is like a large open space. At this same level next to the living room there is the main bedroom with a queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. On the other side of the entrance all there is another bedroom (with two single beds) and an adjacent bathroom with shower.

Upstair you have another sitting space with also a desk. The sofa here is sofa bed.

The apartment comes with washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning and WiFi.

very central located round the corner of Piazza Santa Maria, neuralgic and vibrant square in the north side of the historic centre. Few steps from everything, very easy parking access... cafes, stores and and aperitifs just downstairs.
